Goetze KG Armaturen takes the protection of person-related data very seriously. We would like you to know when we store which data and how we use them. We have taken technical and organisational measures which ensure that the directives concerning data protection are complied with both by us and also by external service companies.

Person-related data

Person-related data means information which can be used to find out your identity. This includes information such as your real name, address, postal address, telephone number. Information which is not directly connected with your real identity (such as favourite websites or the number of users of a site) is not included.

You can always use our online offer without disclosing your identity. If you register for one of our personalised services, order a product or make a subscription, we ask for your name and other personal information. It is your own free decision whether you input this information. We store your input on specially protected servers in Germany. Access to this data is only given to a few specifically authorised persons concerned with the technical, commercial or editorial support of the servers. For back-up purposes data are stored on our servers in connection with your access, which would possibly permit an identification (e.g. IP address, date, time and sites being looked at), but there is no person-related utilisation in this regard. The data can be evaluated for statistical purposes, but the individual user remains anonymous. Forwarding person-related data to third parties In the event of product orders we only use your person-related data within Goetze KG Armaturen as well as our affiliated companies. We only forward this data to third parties with your explicit approval. Insofar as we are obliged to do so by law or by a Court order, we shall forward your data to offices authorised to receive these data.

No person-related customer data shall be forwarded to third parties. An exception to this shall be service partners who request the transfer of data for handling of orders. In these cases, the scope of the data transmitted shall be limited to the required minimum.

Anti Spam

No customer or interested persons will receive e-mails from Goetze KG Armaturen without approval. An exception shall be the recipients of the Newsletter. The Newsletter with new presentations will be sent sporadically to the registered recipients. Each recipient can deactivate the forwarding of the newsletter at any time.

Right to revocation

If you have given us person-related data you can delete this data again at any time. Data for accounting purposes will not be affected by a termination or a deletion, as the case may be.

Use of cookies

As a rule we do not use "cookies" (small files with configuration information) on the Goetze KG Armaturen servers. However, if these are essential for user functions, we point out the use of cookies at the respective places.

Most browsers are set in such a way that they automatically accept cookies. You can, however, deactivate the use of cookies or set your browser in such a way that it notifies you as soon as cookies are dispatched.

Children

Persons under 18 years of age should not send us any person-related data without the approval of parents or guardians. We do not request person-related data from children, do not collect them and also do not forward them to third parties.

Links to other websites

Our online offer contains links to other websites. We have no influence on whether their operators comply with the data protection regulations.


Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google").  Google Analytics uses “cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States . Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.  Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.  You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.  By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
Data acquisition and saving can be refused at any time with future effect. In the face of discussions dealing with the application of analyzing tools with complete IP addresses, we would like to indicate that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension „_anonymizeIp()". Therefore IP addresses are only used in a shortened version in order to eliminate direct reference to persons.
